The primary endpoint of the study was the mean change from baseline in Premature Ejaculation Total Score (PEDSS) at study entry, which was the number needed to treat (NNT) to achieve an orgasmic (or orgasmic-like) orgasm for a minimum of 12 weeks. Secondary endpoints included overall satisfaction with treatment, frequency of adverse events, and overall satisfaction with sexual activity. A total of 24 patients were recruited from the 4 cities.
